释义	法律分析: 如果刑罚不是十分严重,其服刑地一般在判决地的某监狱执行。而且在监狱内部的管理中,为避免人情犯和特殊犯的产生,一般不许在原籍服刑,实行“异地管理”,即对本地区的犯人调到本省的外地区服刑改造。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第二十五条刑事案件由犯罪地的人民法院管辖。如果由被告人居住地的人民法院审判更为适宜的，可以由被告人居住地的人民法院管辖。
