法律分析：
根据法律相关规定，若消费者依据签收规范拒绝签收商品或者退回商品，运费由卖家承担。
法律依据：
《网络购买商品七日无理由退货暂行办法》 第十八条 商品退回所产生的运费依法由消费者承担。经营者与消费者另有约定的，按照约定。
消费者参加满足一定条件免运费活动，但退货后已不能达到免运费活动要求的，网络商品销售者在退款时可以扣除运费。
