二、新乡住院费用报销的流程
1、办理人提交报销单据等材料到社会保险基金管理局受理;
2、受理部门自收到申请材料，医保中心当日完成审核，结算，支付工作;
3、社会保险基金管理局审查材料并批准申请，申请人领取《社会医疗保险医疗费报销单》后，予以报销。
三、新乡住院费用报销的材料
1、收据原件;
2、住院费用结算单;
3、出院诊断证明;
4、留观证明或死亡证明复印件;
5、药品、检查及治疗费用明细、急诊留观需盖有“急诊章”的医疗保险处方或急诊科急诊处方;
6、社会保障卡、《市医疗保险手册》;
7、医院全额结账证明和单位情况说明。
四、新乡住院费用报销的的比例
住院报销的标准与参保人员所住的医院级别有关：
1、如住的是三级医院，从起付标准到3万元的费用，职工支付15%，也就是报销85%。
2、3万元到4万元的费用，职工支付10%，报销90%。
3、超过4万元到最高支付限额部分的费用，则95%都可以报销，职工只要支付5%。
4、而退休人员个人支付的比例是在职(就是上述的)职工的60%，但起付标准以下的，都由个人支付。
