释义	法律分析：不可以。如果夫妻双方有特殊困难无力抚养的话,是可以送给别人领养的,否则夫妻双方没有送养孩子的权利,而且孩子与父母的关于不因双方离婚而破裂,仍是父母的子女。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百六十一条对于年老、年幼、患病或者其他没有独立生活能力的人，负有扶养义务而拒绝扶养，情节恶劣的，处五年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制。
