不会。逆行,就是逆向行驶,在道路上都是有驾驶方向的,并且一般的城市都会将车道分为两个部分,中间有隔离的东西。那么关于在高速服务区内逆向行驶要处罚吗服务区内逆向行驶,不属于在高速公路上行驶,所以一般情况都不会处罚。

《道路交通安全法》 第九十条 规定的逆行的处罚：
机动车驾驶人违反道路交通安全法律、法规关于道路通行规定的，处警告或者二十元以上二百元以下罚款。本法另有规定的，依照规定处罚。
