释义	复婚后离婚证没有用了。男女双方自愿恢复夫妻关系的，必须到婚姻登记机关进行复婚登记。复婚时，婚姻登记机关对当事人的复婚申请，按照结婚登记程序办理，并在《结婚登记申请书》和结婚证上注明恢复结婚字样，同时收回离婚证。《民法典》第一千零八十三条规定，离婚后，男女双方自愿恢复婚姻关系的，应当到婚姻登记机关重新进行结婚登记。法律依据: 《婚姻登记条例》第十四条《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零八十三条。
