释义	没有强制规定必须做婚检，自2003年10月1日起，我国婚姻登记取消了强制婚检，以后婚姻当事人是否婚检采取个人自愿，政府提倡婚检、婚检有利于当事人。以后男女办理结婚证的，可以直接去婚姻登记处登记领证。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零四十六条结婚应当男女双方完全自愿，禁止任何一方对另一方加以强迫，禁止任何组织或者个人加以干涉。
