释义	法律分析：符合下列条件写的借条就是有效的借条:1、利息约定符合法律规定。2、债权人和债务人都具有完全民事行为能力。3、借条是双方当事人的真实意思表示。4、借条内容不违反法律或者社会公共利益，不侵害第三人的合法利益，不违反法律的强制性规定。法律依据：《中华人民共和国合同法》第二百一十一条自然人之间的借款合同对支付利息没有约定或者约定不明确的，视为不支付利息。自然人之间的借款合同约定支付利息的，借款的利率不得违反国家有关限制借款利率的规定。
