释义	法律分析：劳动合同到期后，劳动者不愿续签劳动合同是可以直接走人的。劳动合同到期，是自然终止劳动合同，不是解除劳动合同，只要合同中没有约定需要劳动者提前告知，劳动者就没有提前三十日通知用工单位的义务。只要办理离职手续就行。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
