(四)法定代表人委托他人签署相关文件的证明，包括授权委托书及被委托人的身份证明(未委托他人签署相关文件的，无需提供)
(五)投资者的主体资格证明或自然人身份证明(变更事项不涉及投资者基本信息变更的，无需提供)
(六)法定代表人的自然人身份证明(变更事项不涉及法定代表人变更的，无需提供)
【法律依据】：
《中华人民共和国外资企业法》 第七条 设立外资企业的申请，由中华人民共和国对外贸易经济合作部(以下简称对外贸易经济合作部)审查批准后，发给批准证书。设立外资企业的申请属于下列情形的，国务院授权省、自治区、直辖市和计划单列市、经济特区人民政府审查批准后，发给批准证书：(一)投资总额在国务院规定的投资审批权限以内的;(二)不需要国家调拨原材料，不影响能源、交通运输、外贸出口配额等全国综合平衡的。省、自治区、直辖市和计划单列市、经济特区人民政府在国务院授权范围内批准设立外资企业，应当在批准后15天内报对外贸易经济合作部备案(对外贸易经济合作部和省、自治区、直辖市和计划单列市、经济特区人民政府，以下统称审批机关)。
