释义	法律分析: 一方起诉离婚后，对方不接传票的，法院也不会把对方的传票邮寄给原告。法律规定，法院送达传票，应当直接送交受送达人。当事人本人不在可以交其同住成年家属签收，如果当事人本人和亲属都拒绝签收，法院可以存取留置送达。如受送达人下落不明，或者法律规定的其他方式无法送达的，法院可以采取公告送达。《民事诉讼法》第九十五条受送达人下落不明，或者用本节规定的其他方式无法送达的，公告送达。自发出公告之日起，经过三十日，即视为送达。公告送达，应当在案卷中记明原因和经过。
