释义	1．支付价款。价款是买受人获取标的物的所有权的对价。依合同的约定向出卖人支付价款，是买受人的主要义务。 2．受领标的物。对于出卖人交付标的物及其有关权利和凭证，买受人有及时受领义务。 3．对标的物检查通知的义务。买受人受领标的物后，应当在当事人约定或法定期限内，依通常程序尽快检查标的物。若发现应由出卖人负担保责任的瑕疵时，应妥善保管标的物并将其瑕疵立即通知出卖人。【法律依据】《民法典》第六百二十条，买受人收到标的物时应当在约定的检验期限内检验。没有约定检验期限的，应当及时检验。
