问题	债权人如何起诉破产企业？
释义	法律分析：可以对破产企业进行起诉，按正常流程向法院起诉。人民法院受理破产案件后，以破产企业为债务人的其他经济纠纷案件，根据下列不同情况分别处理：(1)已经审结但未执行的，应当中止执行，由债权人凭生效的法律文书向受理破产案件的人民法院申报债权；(2)尚未审结且另无连带责任人的，应当终结诉讼，由债权人向受理破产案法律依据：《中华人民共和国企业破产法》第四十八条债权人应当在人民法院确定的债权申报期限内向管理人申报债权。
