释义	法律分析: 纪检监察机关应当根据党内法规和国家法律法规规定、监督对象的主体身份、行为的性质后果等因素，确定采取诫勉谈话还是书面诫勉方式。法律依据: 《党政领导干部选拔任用工作条例》第二十四条对受到诫勉、组织处理或者党纪政务处分等影响期未满或者期满影响使用的，不得列为考察对象。《领导干部个人有关事项报告查核结果处理办法》第六条受到诫勉处理的，半年内不得提拔或者进一步使用。
