释义	法律分析: 质监站是代表政府进行建设工程质量行政监督的机构，如果其履行职权的过程符合规定，鉴定结果真实有效，则其有权依法进行处理。（一）要求被检查的单位提供有关工程质量的文件和资料；（二）进入被检查单位的施工现场进行检查；（三）发现有影响工程质量的问题时，责令改正。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国建筑法》第六十一条交付竣工验收的建筑工程，必须符合规定的建筑工程质量标准，有完整的工程技术经济资料和经签署的工程保修书，并具备国家规定的其他竣工条件。
