问题	美容院预付款退还的法律规章？
释义	收受方违约、拒绝履行、无法履行合同，或者撤销、解除合同并没有完全履行合同主债的情形下，应当退还预付款。预付款是买方在交易合同签订后即向卖方支付一定金额的预付款。此方式不利于买方，一般在交易货物供不应求时采用。法律依据：《中华人民共和国消费者权益保护法》第八十九条：当事人可以约定一方向对方给付定金作为债权的担保。债务人履行债务后，定金应当抵作价款或者收回。给付定金的一方不履行约定的债务的，无权要求返还定金；收受定金的一方不履行约定的债务的，应当双倍返还定金。
