释义	经过公证的遗嘱，如果没有新的公证遗嘱推翻此遗嘱，是一直有效的。遗嘱公证是指公民生前对自己的财产作出安排，并经国家公证机关公证，于死亡时立即发生法律效力的法律行为。根据法律规定，经公证的民事法律行为、有法律意义的事实和文书，应当作为认定事实的根据，但有相反证据足以推翻该项公证的除外。法律依据《中华人民共和国公证法》第三十六条《遗嘱公证细则》第二条、第三条《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百二十三条、第一千一百二十四条
