释义	法律分析：债务转让需要三方签字。债权转让,是指债权人通过协议将其债权全部或者部分转让给第三人的行为。通常情况下债务转让协议都是三方之间协商-致后签订的，即债权人、原债务人以及新债务人,很显然，既然是三方之间签订的债务转让协议，那么当然是要由三方当事人都同意之后，该协议才能签字生效。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百四十六条债权人转让债权,未通知债务人的,该转让对债务人不发生效力。债权转让的通知不得撤销，但是经受让人同意的除外。
