开发商存在恶意虚假宣传被通缉的赔偿
释义
开发商虚假宣传构成违约的，要求其承担违约责任，双倍返还定金，造成损失的，要进行赔偿。如果卖房者有欺诈行为，故意欺骗或隐瞒相关情况获取被害人的金钱，构成诈骗罪的，要承担刑事责任。
