释义	放弃遗产继承权是继承权人的意思表示，而遗嘱是被继承人的意识表示，所以放弃继承权不能在遗嘱上注明，被继承人立有遗嘱的应当适用遗嘱继承；继承人想要放弃继承权的继承人应在遗产处理前作出表明放弃继承，若在遗产处理前没有表示的，视为接受继承。所谓遗产处理前指的是被继承人死亡后到遗产分割前的这段时间。法律依据：《继承法》第二十五条第一款规定，继承开始后，继承人放弃继承的，应当在遗产处理前，作出放弃继承的表示。没有表示的，视为接受继承。
