释义	法律分析：合同生效日与合同的开始期限一般都是一个时间，就是双方签字、盖章之日生效，就是落款时间；特殊情况下，两者不一致，合同订立日期就是签字、盖章之日；生效日期是双方规定的一个具体时间，或者什么条件完成的情况下生效。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百八十三条承诺生效时合同成立，但是法律另有规定或者当事人另有约定的除外。第四百八十四条以通知方式作出的承诺，生效的时间适用本法第一百三十七条的规定。承诺不需要通知的，根据交易习惯或者要约的要求作出承诺的行为时生效。
