释义	法律分析: 吊销旅游许可证后三年内不得提出申请。根据法律规定，被吊销旅行社业务经营许可证的旅行社法人代表和主要管理人员，自处罚之日起未逾三年的，不得从事旅行社业务。《旅行社条例》第四十七条旅行社转让、出租、出借旅行社业务经营许可证的，由旅游行政管理部门责令停业整顿1个月至3个月，并没收违法所得；情节严重的，吊销旅行社业务经营许可证。受让或者租借旅行社业务经营许可证的，由旅游行政管理部门责令停止非法经营，没收违法所得，并处10万元以上5万元以下的罚款。
