释义	法律分析：强制猥亵、侮辱罪案件若为第一审公诉案件，不涉及个人隐私的话，应当开庭审理。该罪侵犯的客体是妇女的身体自由权和隐私权、名誉权，犯罪分子聚众或者在公共场所当众犯该罪的，或者有其他恶劣情节的，会被处五年以上有期徒刑。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第一百八十八条人民法院审判第一审案件应当公开进行。但是有关国家秘密或者个人隐私的案件，不公开审理；涉及商业秘密的案件，当事人申请不公开审理的，可以不公开审理。不公开审理的案件，应当当庭宣布不公开审理的理由。
