释义	法律分析：证人一定要出庭作证。为保证证人如实作证，证人有义务出庭作证，不能逃避。只有当证人因年老体弱或行动不便不能出庭，或因特殊岗位无法离开，或路途特别遥远，交通不便难以出庭，或因自然灾害等不可抗力原因无法出庭，其他特殊情况无法出庭，可通过法院许可提交书面证言或录音录像或双向视听传播技术作证。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第七十二条凡是知道案件情况的单位和个人，都有义务出庭作证。有关单位的负责人应当支持证人作证。不能正确表达意思的人，不能作证。
