释义	法律分析：满足侵害的客体是国家有关有价证券的管理制度，客观方面表现为违反国家有价证券管理法规，伪造、变造股票或者公司、企业债券，数额较大的行为。主体为一般主体，主观方面必须出于故意，并且具有牟取非法利益的目的等要件的才构成伪造股票债券罪。法律依据《中华人民共和国刑法》第一百七十八条伪造、变造股票或者公司、企业债券，数额较大的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并处或者单处一万元以上十万元以下罚金；数额巨大的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑，并处二万元以上二十万元以罚金。
