释义	不需要。赠与合同的生效并不以公证为要件，并非一定要公证。但赠与人和受赠人双方协商一致进行公证，是意思自治行为，法律也不禁止，公证后的赠与合同具有最强效力。此外，未经公证的赠与合同，赠与人在财产权利转移之前可以撤销赠与，经过公证的赠与合同，则不适用前款规定。法律依据《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百五十七条、第六百五十八条《中华人民共和国公证法》第三十六条
