释义	孕期劳动合同到期的，则劳动合同应当自动延续至该劳动者哺乳期结束。因为法律规定，女职工在孕期、产期、哺乳期的，在该职工不存在应当被辞退的过错情形的情况下，单位不得与之解除劳动合同，如果在此期间劳动合同到期的,劳动合同应当续延至相应的情形消失时终止。【法律依据】《劳动合同法》第四十五条，劳动合同期满，有本法第四十二条规定情形之一的，劳动合同应当续延至相应的情形消失时终止。但是，本法第四十二条第二项规定丧失或者部分失劳动能力劳动者的劳动合同的终止，按照国家有关工伤保险的规定执行。
