释义	法律分析：日本不支持双重国籍。但是如有日本侨民有子女在日本国外出生，且出生地所在国家支持双重国籍，则此子女可持有双重国籍至20岁，并且须在22岁生日之前宣布其国籍选择，否则自动按放弃日本国籍处理。法律依据：《出入境管理事项及难民认定法》第二条除日本国籍外拥有两个以上的国籍者，在符合本法律规定时，可视同该人拥有最新发给其护照的机构所属国家的国籍。
