释义	法律分析：不算旷工。临时工与正式工一样，同样享受公休日休息，如果公司安排加班而不加班，不算旷工，但违反公司规定，必须处罚。准工时就是五天八小时，但单位若提前有通知加班，如果不去，就是不服从单位合理安排，除不能扣除底薪和全勤外，其它工资均可以扣取，发工作绩效等等。法律依据：《临时工管理办法》第八条企业招用临时工，应按照平等自愿、协商一致的原则，由企业与临时工本人签订劳动合同，并经当地劳动争议仲裁部门鉴证。鉴证按规定缴纳鉴证费。
