释义	法律分析: 强制签订的合同不合法。合同是当事人协商后订立的协议，遵循自愿原则，其意思表示必须真实，如果一方采用胁迫等手段使另一方在违背真实意思的情况下签订合同，该合同损害国家利益的，不具有法律效力，未损害国家利益的，为可撤销合同。《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十三条具备下列条件的民事法律行为有效：（一）行为人具有相应的民事行为能力；（二）意思表示真实；（三）不违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定，不违背公序良俗。
