释义	票据保证人是以自己的名义对票据付款加以保证的人。保证人可以为出票人、背书人、承兑人、或参加承兑人提供担保。 1、抗辩权：票据保证人的抗辩权与其被保证的票据债务人的抗辩权相互独立。票据保证人除能够因其与票据权利人间的某种关系而提出对人的抗辩外，不享有票据债务人的一切抗辩权。 2、追索权(或付款请求权)：《票据法》第52条、第81条规定：保证人清偿票据债务后，可以行使持票人对被保证人及其前手的追索权(在某些情况下为付款请求权)。
