释义	法律分析: 合同签订后，双方当事人应当按照约定履行合同，不能随意退车。但是在发生以下情形的，当事人可以退车： 1、双方当事人协商一致，解除合同的； 2、发生合同中约定的解除合同的情形的； 3、发生不可抗力等法律规定的解除合同的情形的。如果当事人在没有发生以上情形的情况下单方退车的，需要承担违约责任。《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百六十二条当事人协商一致，可以解除合同。当事人可以约定一方解除合同的事由。解除合同的事由发生时，解除权人可以解除合同。
