问题	哪些情况下不用承担赡养费
释义	出现下面3种情况的时候可以不付赡养费：（1）未婚或离异的成年子女无经济收入、丧失劳动力或不能独立生活的；（2）已婚的成年子女本身无经济收入，其家庭的收入不足以维持当地基本生活水平的；（3）父母对子女有严重犯罪行为，比如犯有杀害子女、虐待子女严重的、遗弃子女的。《民法典》第一千零六十七条规定，父母不履行抚养义务的，未成年子女或者不能独立生活的成年子女，有要求父母给付抚养费的权利。成年子女不履行赡养义务的，缺乏劳动能力或者生活困难的父母，有要求成年子女给付赡养费的权利。
