释义	一般情况而言，劳动者有权提前30天通知用人单位，解除劳动合同。试用期内提前3天劳动者可通知单位解除劳动合同。如果用人单位存在下列情形之一的，劳动者可以随时解除劳动合同并要求单位支付相应的经济补偿金：1、未按照劳动合同约定提供劳动保护或者劳动条件的；2、未及时足额支付劳动报酬的；3、未依法为劳动者缴纳社会保险费的；4、用人单位的规章制度违反法律、法规的规定，损害劳动者权益的。法律依据《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十八条该内容由陈雷律师和律说律答共创回答
