释义	法律分析: 进行著作权质押合同登记的办法:由登记申请人携带本人身份证、登记申请表、质押合同等材料，前往登记机构提出登记申请。提交材料齐全的，登记机构应当予以受理。经审查符合要求的，登记机构应当自受理之日起10日内予以登记，并向出质人和质权人发放《著作权质权登记证书》。法律依据:《《著作权质权登记办法》》第十条经审查不符合要求的，登记机构应当自受理之日起10日内通知申请人补正。补正通知书应载明补正事项和合理的补正期限。无正当理由逾期不补正的，视为撤回申请。
