释义	法律分析：有法律效力。如果收据写的是签字或盖章,则签字人即代表单位。如收据要求非盖章不可,却没有盖章,而单位又不认可的,视为签字人的个人行为。和签字人的单位无关。法律依据：《中华人民共和国票据法》第二十一条汇票的出票人必须与付款人具有真实的委托付款关系，并且具有支付汇票金额的可靠资金来源。不得签发无对价的汇票用以骗取银行或者其他票据当事人的资金。
