释义	法律分析：赠与合同的撤销一般可分为两种，即任意撤销和法定撤销。赠与合同的任意撤销除了以赠与合同完全成立生效为前提外，还必须符合以下条件： (一)赠与财产的所有权尚未转移给受赠人。 (二)须赠与不具有救灾、扶贫等社会公益、道德义务的性质及未经过公证。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百五十八条赠与人在赠与财产的权利转移之前可以撤销赠与。经过公证的赠与合同或者依法不得撤销的具有救灾、扶贫、助残等公益、道德义务性质的赠与合同，不适用前款规定。
