释义	因劳动者原因造成单位停工、停产在一个薪资支付周期内的，用人单位应按劳动合同姿纯规定的标准支付劳动者薪资。超过一个薪资支付周期的，迹棚咐若劳动者提和瞎供了正常劳动，则支付给劳动者的劳动报酬不得低于当地的最低薪资标准。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第五十条薪资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的薪资。
