释义	法律分析：1、合同并没有要求必须要见证人签字的。 2、合同是平等的当事人之间设立、变更、终止民事权利义务关系的协议。它作为一种民事法律行为，是当事人协商一致的产物，是两个以上的意思表示相一致的协议。只要当事人所作出的意思表示合法，合同才具有国家法律约束力；依法成立的合同从成立之日起生效，具有国家法律约束力。如果说实在需要见证人签字的话，也不能随便找一个人，必须得找一个“无利害关系人”，就是与签订合同的双方当事人没有任何利害关系，签订的合同内容也和他没有任何利害关系，最好找律师或是做公证。
