缓刑三个月对子女会有影响吗 |

法律分析：判缓刑对于子女有一定的影响。只要受到刑事处罚的，将来对本人、子、孙等都会有一定的影响，特别是将来后代要到国家保密性单位、高级军事部门、外交部门等单位工作，就有可能因为政审不合格而不被录取。在目前状况下，只有在有政审的机构，部门或学校，父母的违法犯罪记录可能会对子女产生不利影响，其他部门是没有的 ，一般主要是军队部门和保密部门。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国公务员法》 第二十六条 下列人员不得录用为公务员：(一)因犯罪受过刑事处罚的二)被开除中国共产党党籍的三)被开除公职的四)被依法列为失信联合惩戒对象的五)有法律规定不得录用为公务员的其他情形的。
《公安机关人民警察录用办法》 第六条 有下列情形之一的，不得报考人民警察：(一)受过刑事处罚、劳动教养、少年管教的（二)有犯罪嫌疑尚未查清的（三)曾被辞退或者开除公职的（四)道德败坏，有流氓、偷窃等不良行为的（五)直系血亲和对本人有重大影响的旁系血亲中有被判处死刑或者正在服刑的（六)直系血亲和对本人有重大影响和旁系血亲在境内外从事颠覆我国政权活动的。
