释义	法律分析：无责任底薪指员工不用完成上级交代的任务指标就能得到的薪水，员工对此不需要承担任何责任。简单地说，就是员工每个月“保底”的薪水。该薪资由单位根据其生产经营特点和经济效益来依法确定，但是必须高于当地的最低工资标准法律依据：依据《劳动法》第四十八条之规定：国家实行最低工资保障制度。最低工资的具体标准由省、自治区、直辖市人民政府规定，报国务院备案。用人单位支付劳动者的工资不得低于当地最低工资标准。
