释义	法律分析：债务人死亡的不可以再起诉债务人。但是如果债务是夫妻共同债务的，可以起诉债务人的配偶要求还款；如果债务人的继承人继承了其遗产的，可以起诉期继承人要求还款。需要注意起诉继承了债务人的继承人还款的，只能要求其在继承遗产价值的范围内承担偿还责任。法律依据：《民法典》第一千一百六十一条，继承人以所得遗产实际价值为限清偿被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务。超过遗产实际价值部分，继承人自愿偿还的不在此限。继承人放弃继承的，对被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务可以不负清偿责任。
