释义	法律分析：根据我国相关法律的规定，对于金融机构以及小、微型企业签订的借款合同，免征印花税。对于小微企业借款合同免征对应的印花税，以及对于月销售总额不超过三万元的小微企业免征增值税，将这两项政策的优惠期限都延长到一定的时间。小规模的纳税人按月申报不超过三万的，免征增值税。但是万分之三的购销合同印花税还是需要缴纳的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国印花税暂行条例》第五条印花税实行由纳税人根据规定自行计算应纳税额，购买并一次贴足印花税票的缴纳办法。
