释义	一般入职之后就开始算上班，但是具体的上班时间规定,要根据每个公司的规定来看，一般是入职当天就会安排工作；也有的公司是入职之后的第二天,才开始上班工作，不过一旦建立起了劳动关系，工作单位就必须要支付工资给员工。法律依据:《劳动合同法》第十条建立劳动关系，应当订立书面劳动合同。已建立劳动关系，未同时订立书面劳动合同的，应当自用工之日起一个月内,订立书面劳动合同。
