释义	离婚女方没工作无收入的。可用其财物折抵子女抚养费。如具有劳动能力的，原则上应支付子女抚养费，因抚养子女是父母的义务，不能因暂时无收入而免除其义务，应保障子女的最低生活水平。【法律依据】《最高人民法院关于人民法院审理离婚案件处理子女抚养问题的若干具体意见》第7条规定：子女抚育费的数额，可根据子女的实际需要、父母双方的负担能力和当地的实际生活水平确定。
