劳动法规定是否可以雇佣童工

法律分析:用人单位在招聘贤才的时候是需要满足劳动法的规定的,在招聘的时候需要明确好应聘者的年龄,根据劳动法的规定,用人单位是不可以招聘未满十六周岁的未成年人的,也就是说用人单位是不能够雇佣童工的,要是违反此规定的,劳动局有权处以罚款,情节更加严重的,工商局也会按照规定吊销企业的营业执照。
法律依据:根据《中华人民共和国劳动法》第九十四条的规定,用人单位非法招用未满十六周岁的未成年人的,由劳动行政部门责令改正,处以罚款;情节严重的,由工商行政管理部门吊销营业执照。
