释义	法律分析：劳动者提出辞职，而用人单位也同意的，劳动者可以辞职。或者劳动者提前三十日（试用期提前三日）以书面形式通知用人单位解除劳动合同，期限届满，劳动合同解除，也就辞职了。法律依据；《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十六条用人单位与劳动者协商一致，可以解除劳动合同。第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
