释义	离婚协议的效力与婚姻当事人怀孕无关。夫妻在离婚协议上签字，协议成立，成立并不代表离婚协议生效。离婚协议只有在夫妻办理完成离婚登记后才生效。在双方未能在婚姻登记机关登记离婚的情况下，该协议没有生效，对双方当事人均不产生法律约束力。【法律依据】《民法典》第一千零七十六条，夫妻双方自愿离婚的，应当签订书面离婚协议，并亲自到婚姻登记机关申请离婚登记。离婚协议应当载明双方自愿离婚的意思表示和对子女抚养、财产以及债务处理等事项协商一致的意见。
