释义	被告故意躲避不接传票，首先不接受传票，法院可以以公告方式送达传票。60日之后，就可以开庭审理。收件人本人或者代收人拒绝接收或者拒绝签名、盖章的时候，送达人可以邀请他的邻居或者其他见证人到场，说明情况，把文件留在他的住处，在送达证上记明拒绝的事由、送达的日期，由送达人签名，即认为已经送达。如果被告还是不出现，拒不出庭的，可以缺席审理和判决。法律依据《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第一百零七条
