释义	法律分析：如果女方明知对方有配偶而以夫妻名义共同生活的，也涉嫌重婚罪。也是要惩罚的。重婚罪，是指有配偶又与他人结婚或者明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的行为。所谓有配偶，是指男人有妻、女人有夫，而且这种夫妻关系未经法律程序解除尚在存续的，即为有配偶的人;如果夫妻关系已经解除，或者因配偶一方死亡夫妻关系自然消失，即不再是有配偶的人。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百五十八条有配偶而重婚的，或者明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。
